When we want to say that something or someone doesn’t matter or isn’t important we can use –ever at the end of certain words (whatever- whichever- whenever- wherever- however- whoever)

Example:

Wherever we are going, it doesn’t matter as long as we’re together.

However

Meaning:

Any way at all or It doesn’t matter how

Example:

However you look at it, it’s going to cost a lot.
