IELTS Vocabulary: from the 'money' topic

 Here are some good phrases from the answers in Friday's speaking lesson:

  • deal with unexpected problems
  • in the less distant future
  • put some money aside (= save some money)

  • be in the red / go into the red (be / become overdrawn)
